The Arlen Ness Mono Axial brake caliper is CNC-machined from a single piece of aerospace-grade billet aluminium. Its monoblock construction eliminates the joint found in two-piece calipers, reducing flex points and supporting efficient hydraulic operation under braking loads.

Six differential-bore pistons are sized to distribute pressure across the brake pad and provide a more linear braking response. Internal hydraulic routing supports consistent clamping force, while the sculpted caliper body incorporates cooling fins to improve heat dissipation and help reduce brake fade.
