The Akrapovič S-HD12SO1-HAFT Slip-On Line is a high-performance, adventure-ready exhaust designed specifically for the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250. Featuring a sandblasted high-grade titanium muffler outer sleeve and stainless-steel link pipe, it combines durability with race-proven materials for optimal performance and style. A handmade carbon-fibre end cap and heat shield follow the profile of the muffler, offering both aesthetic appeal and rider protection.

This system reduces weight by 11.6% (0.5 kg) compared to the stock exhaust while delivering a deep, full V-twin sound. Power is increased by 1.3 kW (1.7 hp) at 2,300 rpm, and torque is enhanced by 5.6 Nm at 2,700 rpm, as tested on the Akrapovič in-house dyno. The exhaust is EC/ECE type-approved and Euro 5 compliant, requiring no ECU remapping for simple plug-and-play installation.

Designed to integrate perfectly with the Pan America 1250 Special version, it is fully compatible with the original Harley-Davidson side cases, saddlebags, and centre stand. An optional stainless-steel link pipe is available to further increase performance and reduce weight.
