Continental has announced updates to its renowned TKC80 dual-sport tire, enhancing its carcass and rubber compound for improved durability and wet-condition performance. The iconic tread pattern remains unchanged, preserving its established on- and off-road capabilities.
The revised TKC80 is set to be available from January 1, 2025, in the following sizes:
Front: 120/70-19 M/C 60Q TL; 90/90-21 M/C 54T TL
Rear: 120/90-18 M/C 72Q TL; 140/80-18 M/C 70R TL; 150/70 B 18 M/C 70Q TL; 170/60 B 17 M/C 72Q TL
Two additional sizes—110/80-19 M/C 59Q TL (front) and 150/70 B 17 M/C 69Q TL (rear)—are expected in the second half of 2025.
Pricing for the updated TKC80 ranges from $174.95 to $329.95, depending on size. While mileage remains consistent with previous versions, Continental suggests pairing a TKC80 front tire with a TKC70 Rocks rear tire for extended tire life.
In addition to the TKC80 update, Continental has introduced the ContiAttack SM2, a new tire designed for supermoto applications, offering enhanced grip and handling for performance-oriented riders.
