Return Policy

Return new and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging including all literature/documentation, and have all original tags. The products are in essentially the same state and quantity in which you received them.

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the order without providing any reason within 14 calendar days and to exchange or return the ordered product(s).
2. The customer bears the direct costs related to returning the goods (€9.99); this fee will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount. In case of returning a defective product, the return costs are covered by the seller.
3. The 14-day return right applies only to goods purchased from the online store and does not extend to purchases made in physical stores or to items that have been in direct contact with the body (such as stockings, gloves, thermal underwear, etc.).
4. To return and/or exchange products, the customer must submit a withdrawal form to the seller within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods. The completed withdrawal form must be sent to the seller along with the returned product.
5. The customer is required to open the product packaging carefully without damaging it. If the packaging cannot be opened without damage, returning the product in its original packaging is not mandatory.
6. The customer has the right to examine the product in a manner allowed in a regular store and is responsible for any decrease in the product’s value if they have used the product beyond this purpose.
7. The product may be exchanged either in-store or via the online store exclusively for the same product in a different size or for a gift card of equivalent value. The replacement product will be dispatched promptly upon receipt of the returned item. All costs associated with the exchange shall be borne by the seller.
8. The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the transaction within 48 hours of completing the purchase. In such cases, the seller shall refund the purchase amount, less a return fee of €9.99, at the earliest opportunity and no later than 14 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received by the seller. The refund will be issued to the same account from which the original payment was made.
9. Should the buyer wish to withdraw from the transaction after the 48-hour period, but within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, the terms specified in paragraph 7 regarding product exchange shall apply.
10. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
11. If the customer has used the product for purposes other than to verify its nature, properties, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the product’s value or to issue a MoreMiles OÜ gift card of equivalent value.
12. The returned goods must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging; shoe boxes must be packed in a plastic bag or similar. If the order was delivered to you in several parts, please return all items in one shipment and use any return code of your choice.
13. MoreMiles OÜ is not responsible for:
    • damage to the product caused by the customer’s fault or negligence;
    • later dissatisfaction with the product after trying it on in the showroom;
    • defects resulting from improper use of the product;
    • the natural physical wear and tear of the product during normal use.
14. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be in a new condition.

Helmets & Apparel: Any merchandise that has been ‘taken out for a ride’ is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.

Vehicle Parts: Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
