With its neo-retro styling, this exhaust features black-coated double conical mufflers constructed from high-grade stainless steel with a lightweight titanium link pipe. The design and lines of the exhaust have been specially developed to integrate perfectly with the BMW R 12 range, maintaining a seamless and classic appearance.

The system includes a sandblasted stainless-steel heat shield for rider protection and a laser-engraved Akrapovic logo for a refined finish. During development, engineers focused on throttle response and rideability, achieving a power increase of 0.9 kW (1.2 hp) and torque gain of 1.6 Nm at 6,200 rpm (tested on the in-house dyno compared with a standard BMW R 12 nineT). Weight is reduced by 10.6% compared to the OEM exhaust.

The Slip-On Line (SS) delivers a deep and sporty Akrapovic sound and meets EC/ECE type approval standards. Installation is plug-and-play with no remapping required. The exhaust also fits the BMW R 12 standard version.
