This product has a compact, racing-inspired design that seamlessly integrates with the bike’s lines and colour scheme. It is built from race-proven materials, including a carbon-fibre muffler outer sleeve and clamp, a titanium end cap, and a stainless-steel link pipe. The system provides a 30.6% (0.9 kg) weight reduction compared to the stock exhaust and delivers a deep, sporty tone that enhances the character of the 799 cc twin-cylinder engine.

The development focused on throttle response and rideability, with measured performance gains particularly in the mid and top rpm ranges. Testing on Akrapovič’s in-house dyno showed increases of 1.3 kW (1.7 hp) and 2.5 Nm of torque at 4,900 rpm when compared to a standard CFMOTO 800NK exhaust system.

This exhaust is EC/ECE type approved (Euro 5) and offers easy plug-and-play installation with no remapping required.
