At Kodlin Motorcycles, design isn't just a skill – it's in the DNA. Founder Len Kodlin grew up surrounded by custom bike culture in Germany, sketching parts, building bikes, and mastering mechanics from a young age. By 11, he had already welded his first custom frame and installed a 125cc engine using parts from his father's workshop.
Today, Len leads the Mechanical Design Department, combining artistry and CAD precision to develop Kodlin’s genuine product line. From design to paint to engineering, Len is involved in every step – including being recognized at the Sturgis "Motorcycles as Art" exhibition with his custom Harley-Davidson 750 Street build.
On the business side, Holger Mohr brings decades of leadership in the motorcycle aftermarket industry. From founding Custom Chrome Europe to leading brands like Kuryakyn and Mustang Seats, Holger drives Kodlin's product development, marketing, and operations in the U.S.
For both Len and Holger, riding is more than business – it’s a way of life. Whether it’s cross-country trips to Sturgis Bike Week or weekend rides, the road is where their passion begins and where their products are born.
