The LeoVince stainless steel header is developed for the CF MOTO 450 MT as a direct replacement for the original front section of the exhaust system. The 2-into-1 configuration is designed to optimise exhaust gas flow while maintaining compatibility with both the standard rear silencer and LeoVince slip-on systems.

Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with TIG welded joints, the system follows model-specific dimensions defined during dyno development. The layout supports reduced overall weight and correct routing for use with the original centre stand while maintaining service access and installation alignment.
