Vance & Hines 3″ Twin Slash Slip-On PCX Mufflers Matte Black Softail/FLSTF Fat Boy/FLFSTFB Fat Boy Lo/FXSTD Deuce/Softail CVO ceramic coated finish. One of the best ways to ease into customizing is with the addition of a slip-on muffler set. These Twin Slash mufflers will give the unmistakable Vance & Hines look, open-up the performance potential of your bike and it’s ready for later engine upgrades, if desired.

The low restriction louvered core baffles are pre-installed. Included are virtually invisible 3 inch full coverage heat shields which makes the 2-1/2″ diameter muffler bodies blue-proof. Exhausts with PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology integrate chambered high-flow catalysts for a tuned growl and greater boost in torque as you accelerate through the gears.

Used to increase mid-range torque for more responsive acceleration off the line. They are positioned downstream for up to 20% less heat at the floorboards / foot pegs and 50% less heat at the collector, to optimize rider comfort over the stock system. PCX™ technology uses a high-flow double-matrix catalyst that improves torque delivery through the mid-range for more responsive acceleration. All while producing an even deeper full-throated rumble, all with no compromise to the styling of any Vance & Hines exhaust system.

Tech tip: Pre-2021 USA mufflers on a 2021-up EU Softail/Touring? 21-up US models, have just 2 O2 sensors in the headers. 21-up EU models (Euro 5 system) have total 3 or 4 O2 sensors, also 1 or 2 downstream in the muffler(s) or in the balance pipe of the cross-over section. Therefore 21-23 US exhaust systems will not fit 21-23 EU models.

The FuelPak FP4 (part number 942227) allows you to disable the 2nd. downstream O2 sensor, without triggering trouble codes. This will enable you to use US or pre-2021 EU exhaust mufflers that are not equipped with a downstream O2 sensor connection.
