This 2:2 slip-on exhaust system is designed to reshape the visual and acoustic character of the Harley-Davidson Sportster S 1250 while maintaining compatibility with the original headers. The layout improves exhaust flow and reduces weight, supporting sharper throttle response and a more engaging riding feel.

Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the system features oval, streamlined silencers with diagonally cut carbon fiber end caps and a matte black ceramic finish. It is available in Euro 5 homologated and racing configurations, each supplied with a dedicated dB-killer. A two-piece carbon fiber heat shield replaces the original plastic components and integrates cleanly with the motorcycle’s design. Racing versions are intended for non-road use only.
